Full refund, less shipping and handling will be posted to your credit card. If the product you are returning was purchased with our Free shipping and handling promo, the actual S & H charge will be deducted from your refund total.
When returning an item, please consider insuring it against damage or loss.
In the event the product is returned without the original package, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Products returned after 14 days of receipt of your order will receive a store credit only less shipping and handling.
All gift returns are store credit only. Product must be in the original package and new and unused condition.
ZEN Bliss products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.
If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will at our discretion repair or replace the product free of charge.
